 Ingredients :

4 sweet Yellow Peppers...or any kind you like best.

1 pound or just over...of ground beef

1/2 cup of rice...cooked.

1 8oz can of hunts tomato sauce

1 white onion...med.

3 cloves of garlic..crushed.

3 tbs of Worshesire Sauce...add to taste..just dribble in!

Salt and Pepper

 

 
 How to Prepare :

Fry up beef with onion and garlic in a pan...when done drain fat stuff out. yuck.

Cook according to directions the smallest serving of rice.in separate pot..

Add worshester sauce to beef and tomato sauce. stir.

When rice is cooked measure out about half a cup and add to beef  throw away the rest...or save...eh whatever.

Mix it up add salt and pepper to your taste and taste...YUM

Gut Peppers and throw away stems...keep peppers whole now...no cutting in half!

Stuff peppers with mixture and bake covered lightly with foil in one of those Pirex glass dishes...for about an hour...untill it gets nice and bubbly and peppers are tender.

Serve alone...or maybe add some garlic bread or rolls...Enjoy! Its so easy!!!
